1. Data Collection & Purpose
As a DPIIT-recognized startup, we follow a "Data Minimization" principle. We collect:
- Identity & Professional Data: Name, contact details, and Government ID (Aadhaar/PAN) for "Verified" badge processing.
- Visual Data: Images and site photos uploaded for Spacebot AI transformations.
- Interaction Data: Call logs and recordings via masked virtual numbers to ensure platform integrity.
- Technical Data: Device and browser info used to optimize platform performance.
2. Explicit Consent for AI & SpaceList
By using the Spacebot AI tool, you provide unambiguous consent for the Company to:
- Process uploaded images to generate 3D visualizations.
- Automatically publish generated designs to the SpaceList section for public viewing and inspiration.
- Use anonymized metadata and generated designs to train, refine, and improve our proprietary AI models.
- Note: You confirm that you have the legal right/ownership of any image you upload and indemnify the Company against any third-party privacy claims.
3. Data Fiduciary Roles & Disclosure
Swarnam Info Hub Private Limited acts as the "Data Fiduciary."
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
- Professional Discovery: Your professional profile data is made public only to facilitate connections with potential clients.
- Legal Necessity: We may disclose data if required by lawful authorities within the Delhi jurisdiction to comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud.
4. Verification Data Security
Documents collected for the "Verified" badge (like Aadhaar) are:
- Stored in an encrypted format on secure servers.
- Access-restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Retained only as long as your "Verified" status is active or as required by statutory law.
5. Call Recordings & Confidentiality
Calls made via our virtual number system are recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
- Storage: Recordings are handled by secure third-party providers.
- Limitation: While we secure these recordings, the Company is not liable for the breach of any "confidential business secrets" discussed by the User during these calls.
6. User Rights (Data Principal Rights)
In accordance with the DPDPA 2023, you have the right to:
- Access & Summary: Request a summary of the personal data we hold.
- Correction & Completion: Update any inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure: Request the deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw consent for future AI processing, though this will result in the termination of access to Spacebot AI features.
7. Data Security "Safe Harbor"
We implement "Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures" as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000. While we strive for 100% security, the User acknowledges that no internet-based system is immune to sophisticated cyber-attacks. The Company’s liability in the event of a data breach is limited as per the "Limitation of Liability" clause in our Terms & Conditions.
8. Children’s Privacy
The platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is found, it will be purged immediately.
